Airpod won’t show pop up on my iPhone but work with another iPhone?

already tried everything that showed on internet.

but still it’s wont work on my iPhone, but it’s still detect on Bluetooth pairing. Maybe it’s hardware problem? Maybe anyone have the same problem.
