Hide My Email - Limit Reached

I'm in the process of updating many of accounts to use Hide My Email aliases addresses instead of my primary email. After adding 50 or so accounts it appears that Hide My Email has a limit/cap (?). When trying to create a new Hide My Email account, I receive a pop-up that says "Email Limit Reached - You've hit the limit of addresses you can create right now. Try again later."

Is this a bug or a an actual feature limitation? I've never seen any mention of this limit in the marketing material for the feature.

I cannot find any mention of a specific limit, but the iCloud terms do say Apple can limit it.

see -> Legal - iCloud - Apple

2. Hide My Email. Hide My Email allows you to generate unique, random email addresses that will forward onto an email address of your choosing. Apple reserves the right to limit the number of email addresses available under this feature, or to terminate the use of an alias if the use violates the terms and conditions as set forth herein.”
