Use a link https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid#!&section=appleid

You need credentials for secondary authentication account to reset the password ( for that a web browser is required ) , at present you Apple ID is not signed in iPhone , after resetting the password follow the article Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support
