Locked out of account x2

My phone was experiencing slow FPS on the home screen, and T-Mobile & Wi-Fi didn’t work, even though my family had no such problem.

(Upload speed was 0.18 or lower regardless if the device was reset or shut off completely and turned back on)

I went to my settings and turned of my recovery key thing and did a factory reset after backing up everything to iCloud.


After the reset I go back in and it asks for my recovery key when I sign in.

I continue without signing in and contact costumer support. They said it was out of their hands since I lost my recovery key and my account was locked for security reasons.

My trusted device is what I’m using to type this, and I am logged out indefinitely on here.


As of now, I’m waiting for my mother and her phone, because if I recall correctly: she may have my account on there, signed in.


But as of now, I’m looking for alternatives.To unlock I need my key, my key is missing. My account is not logged into any other things.

What alternative can I use, and if there is nothing else, is there a way to go to a Apple store and verify my ownership by what I’ve signed into with my account? (3rd party apps)
