For the last 2 weeks every time I try to share a note with either family or friends they cannot access it. They keep getting a message that says they can’t open the note. Yes notes is updated and yes it’s on iCloud

Thanks for checking that. What's the exact error they are seeing when attempting to open a note? Is this happening with multiple contacts and multiple notes?

Multiple people and newer notes (from the last 6 months). Older notes seem to work fine. The message I get or others get is: Can’t open Note sorry this note can’t be opened right now. Please try again later”
Yes everyone is updated and it’s till not working.
