I have dell wd15 docking station USB C and i would like to use this station with ipad air 4 (2020).
Did anyone tryed this? Is hdmi and usb ports in WD15 works fine with ipad air 4?

Given that I don't know that dock, I would recommend that you contact Dell support team and ask them for its compatibility with your iPad model and/or for eventual firmware updates, if any.
