My battery

My iPhone 11 shuts down and comes back on at 30 percent and it’s a new one just got it last month and the batter level is still at 100 percent, ever since I stopped using my original charger (which spoilt due to the socket at my school blowing up) bought with the phone this started happening

This is most likely a hardware problem, but here are some things to try anyway:


1) Make sure your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS 15.3: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/update-ios-iph3e504502/ios


2) Let your iPhone die completely, then charge it back up to 100% and see if that fixes the issue


3) If nothing else works, it is still most likely due to a hardware issue and you will need to get it checked out at the Genius Bar. Click the following link, scroll down, and select Get Hardware Help: https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/
