We understand your Beats X are showing a pink light and they won't stay paired to your iPhone. We'd like to help.


Often resetting your Beats will resolve these types of issues. Use this for guidance: Reset your Beats earphones


Let's also make sure your Beats have the latest firmware installed as well. This can be done by updating to the latest version of IOS:


Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


If the same issue is present after those steps, you'll need to reach out to Apple directly: Get Support
