Important!!!!! Related to my iphone repair. Please help.

Something is written inside my iphone will it affect its warranty, I have to give it repair at apple service centre. I have marked something on it when I showed it to third party service centre.

There is no physical or water damage I have just signed on its components as per precaution because its not under warranty and its a special case. But suddenly I got an appointment from authorized apple store.
