I bought an Apple gift card from Amazon and transposed two letters on the email address. Amazon says the gift card shows undeliverable. Amazon says they can't fix it and they send me to Apple. Apple says it's Amazon's problem. I don't know what to do.
Hello ~ Apple doesn’t have anything to do with a transaction you made with Amazon. Unfortunately you will have to contact Amazon again. If the gift card shows “undeliverable “ then you should be able to get a refund from Amazon …so we as fellow forum users can only point you in the right direction but can’t intervene.
