Cannot email pictures from iPhone
I can text but cannot email pictures from iPhone. The normal "swoosh" sound is even clipped and incomplete. Nothing shows up in my "sent" box once I've attempted to email.

Says:
Insert a saved photo or video
- Tap in the email where you want to insert the photo or video, then tapÂ

 above the keyboard, then choose a photo or video. - You can swipe up to see more options.
- Tap the photo or video to insert it into your email.
- Tap in the email where you want to insert the photo or video, then tapÂ
OR
Take a photo or video to insert into an email
- Tap in the email where you want to insert the photo or video, then tap  above the keyboard.
- TapÂ
 above the keyboard, then take a new photo or video. - Tap Use Photo or Use Video to insert it into your email, or tap Retake if you want to reshoot it.
- Tap in the email where you want to insert the photo or video, then tapÂ
