Subscription refund

Hi I am requesting a refund for an accidental purchase I recently made. 2 weeks ago I purchase an app called the grint. I am in a golf leauge and we need this for scoring purposes. The issue is we use another app not the grint which I have since purchased. You will see that I have not used the app at all as it was a mistake and not of use to me. Please let me know if this can be revered. Thanks.

This is primarily a user-to-user support forum; other Apple users like you. We cannot refund anything but the following may help. If the app had a subscription (including a free trial subscription) cancel that if you haven't already. Deleting an app does not cancel the subscription. See: How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

Then try the following: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
