Windows 10 Running Pooly on Boot Camp

I want to write code using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA 7), 64 bit version, with MicroSoft Excel. Unless I’ve been misinformed, this can’t be done with a Mac version of Excel running on macOS Monterey, so, instead, I’m running Excel on Windows 10 on a Boot Camp partition. I purchased the MicroSoft Home Office and Student version with Excel software and the Windows 10 was free but not activated. My issue is that Windows 10 is running poorly on my Mac Book Pro (the next to newest model). For instance, when I use the Windows 10 magnifying feature, a dialog window opens; the narrator turns starts running and clicking on buttons stops working. There are other issues too. For instance, the cursor is a little hard to control and zooming in and out with the magnifying causes the computer’s cooling fan to start running. I check out some computers at Best Buy and found that none of the had these issues. So, these are my questions:

1. Is it true that I can’t run Excel with VBA 7 on macOS Monterey (and if I can would that help)?

2. Would it help to activate my otherwise free version of Windows 10?

3. Would it help to run Windows 10 on something other than Boot Camp?

4. Should I give up trying to use VBA 7 on a Mac and buy a PC?
