Educational Discount

I just wanna know this and i do hope someone could help me:

I am a Philippine College Student, my question is, if I did go to the US let's say or Singapore for a vacation and went on an Apple Store, am i eligible and can avail an educational price discount in their shop (overseas)? Or is it just limited in my country only?
