How do I remove old websites and passwords from keychain?

I do hope the above linked article has resolved your issue. However, just to clarify, the following link explains how you can remove old websites and passwords from your iPad:

Or just by going to: Settings > Passwords

• • And selecting Edit (Top Right), select website and password and select Delete (Top Left), or
  • Select the website and password and select Delete Password
