apple watch cellular call fail

My series 7 cellular watch is paired with my iPhone 13 and the data plan is successful installed to my watch. I can use apps that require Mobile Data when I am away from my phone, but when I try and make a call I get a ‘Call Failed’ message (calls work fine when I am near my phone).

however, I have found that if disable Bluetooth on my watch via the watch’s Settings app, calls are successful. Is this standard?

This has become super FRUSTRATING and I have no idea how to fix this issue except to NOT wear the Apple Watch (which of course makes no sense). Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue? Call on cellular model of Apple watch Hi Experts, I am having a Apple watch SE 2 GPS + cellular model. And my watch is always connected to my iPhone either via Bluetooth or WIFI. Whenever i get call from someone. it will reflect on both devices. (Watch and iPhone) Is there any way to get call only on Apple watch but not on iPhone in case if its connected via Bluetooth or WIFI. I don't want my call should reflect on both devices. its very annoying. Please let me know if there is any way.
