Calculator disappeared from search on ipad

Unlike iPhone, iOS/iPadOS for iPad has never included a calculator. There is some Apple folklore as to the reasoning, but as this is entirely irrelevant to your question, I’ll leave you to research this if it is of interest.

There are some good Ad-free examples of Calculator Apps obtainable from the App Store - and some very good paid examples.

There is no builtin Calculator app from Apple on an iPad.

I’m not sure that’s true…I am 99% certain that it was on my iPad Pro 2 when I bought it. I only noticed today when I went to use it and found that the shortcut is ‘dead’…
