My iPhone XS locked

please help me to unlock my iphone xs, it was lost but then found but locked because it was tried many times unsuccessfully to unlock it. There is a lot of important information from 2014 there. I have a phone box and a purchase receipt. unblock who please. I know all account passwords and lock screen password.
