How do I change my name on my iCloud email account?

Sign in with Apple ID and password with account credentials at appleid.apple.com from a web browser , click on personal information .
Again click on name icon .
Delete your first name and type your new name in the empty fields and click on save .
The new name is established and a green check mark will be shown and its verified .
Note : the iCloud mail account is actually an Apple ID account , that is signed in with iCloud domain with account credentials .
