Just wanna know if this pink screen issue is a hardware or software bug. I've experience it once with my one month old 13 pro max while I was going through my video camera and change the resolutions, my phone suddenly froze and displayed a pink screen and rebooted. Happened Once, but I'm afraid it might happen again. Is apple working on a fix for this issue?

From your post it appears that your iPhone froze and displayed a pink screen.
As you are aware, your iPhone is a complex device. It would be hard to say exactly what happened to cause that. Restarting resolves a lot of issues like this as it can refresh the iOS, apps and connections.
We would not be overly concerned unless it happens again. You also mentioned the iPhone restarted. If it happens again, work through the steps found here: If your iOS or iPadOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly - Apple Support
