Just wanna know if this pink screen issue is a hardware or software bug. I've experience it once with my one month old 13 pro max while I was going through my video camera and change the resolutions, my phone suddenly froze and displayed a pink screen and rebooted. Happened Once, but I'm afraid it might happen again. Is apple working on a fix for this issue?

From your post it appears that your iPhone froze and displayed a pink screen.
As you are aware, your iPhone is a complex device. It would be hard to say exactly what happened to cause that. Restarting resolves a lot of issues like this as it can refresh the iOS, apps and connections.
