Apple Watch SE GPS + Cellular bought in US can work somewhere else?
I want to buy Apple Watch SE GPS + Cellular in US, I am wondering if the cellular will work here in the PH?

There is Apple Watch for the US, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico, then the rest of the world. If you purchase a cellular Apple Watch in the US and try to use it in the PH there's more of a chance the carriers in the PH won't support the watch. And the watch will not have warranty outside the region it was sold in.
Buy the watch in the country you live and will use the watch.
