Cycle mileage

I just got the series 7. I do spin regularly. My Apple Watch will not track the miles. Can I get some assistance

See the 'Cycling' section in:

Workout types on Apple Watch - Apple Support

Normally, you would choose Indoor Cycle for activities like taking a spin class.

I believe distance is only tracked for outdoor cycling unless your cycling machine has an an app that connects with Bluetooth to your iPhone or watch.

Indoor cycling only measures time and calories burnt,you might be luckier with a 3rd party app.
