Block Websites with Keywords?

Hello,

I have the adult website blocker enabled in Screen Time, but there are some websites that aren't blocked.

I know that I can manually enter websites into my blacklist to block them, but I was wondering if there is there a way to block websites by keywords?

For example, if I want to block all websites with the word "dog" in the URL, is there a way for me to do that?
