OS Monterey - mail app continuously adds an inactive exchange account -

The mail app is continuously adding an inactive exchange account. the account is hosted at godaddy. I cannot delete them. they stay or come back. I have removed com.apple.mail, mail preferences all email accounts and it keeps coming back.

Mail client not letting add account I am trying to add my mac.com email to the Mail client. I select Apple email account then iCloud setup and it asks me what apps use with it giving me Cancel or Add account option. Neither of them work. The buttons just are not responsive. And I am unable to close the Mail app. I tried twice already and each time is the same. I need to force close in order to close it at all and restart from scratch.

Mail app keeps taking all my accounts offline. my accounts keep going offline, mail doesn't load properly until quit the app and open it again. using the lightning bolt icon doesn't help either. restart the app helps for a few hours and then all accounts go offline again. i tried to remove all accounts and log in again nothing... i'm really tiered of this. this is since the release of monterey or earlier.

email app issues on macOS Ventura I restored my 13" MBP to factory settings - macOS 13.2 Ventura, apple silicone. Now email app abends immediately after opening. When I remove my ISP from internet accounts / email the email app runs fine for just iCloud email. When I restore back to factory again my ISP email works - until the next morning. I power the MBP down before bed and the next morning I boot MBP up and open the email app but now it crashes. No. other apps loaded only email. The only thing I can think of is I restored incorrectly - but I used apple step by step.

Go to Godaddy and delete the account
