iPhone SIM Card

Hi - I obtained a replacement iPhone 8 to replace my old iPhone 8 that has a bad battery. Do I need to transfer the SIM card from my old iPhone to the new iPhone?

Yes, before you restore your new iPhone, using the backup of the old one, remove the SIM and put it into the new device.

That way your number will be registered to the new iPhone.
