Why am I being billed for STARZ, but dont find any account for it anywhere within APPLE. Says no account found, no membership found. But I keep getting billed. I want to cancel it but it is not found so I just keep getting billed

Is it being billed by Apple, some other provider of STARZ, or by STARZ itself?
Billed through Apple. My bank acct shows the apple.com/bill
I followed all the prompts to cancel where it opens my iTunes, but there is nothing there either. I requested refund through report a problem, that was the only place I found anything
Bank shows that, it's a recurring billing but doesn't show up anywhere within apple on any of my accounts
I want to unsubscribe from STARZ but I can't find it on my subscriptions
