My iPhone 13 pro max just upgraded IOS15.3.1. And show this insight and suggestions, recent usage message. Anyway my battery health is 100%. So what should I do? when will this message disappears?

Give it more time and the message should go away eventually.
Force restarting the phone might also help, you will not lose data by doing this.
Thank you. Anyway I’ve tried it. It didn’t work. The message still show.
