MacBook Pro 14 -

Can you charge your MacBook Pro with either the new power cable or using a fireboat connection.

I have both cables and I would like to use one at home and the other at the office.

Thanks,

Dennis

Hi,

You can use any of the Thunderbolt 4(USB-C) ports to charge your Mac with a USB-C charge cable. Your Mac only charges over one port at a time, so connecting multiple power adaptors to the MagSafe 3 port and Thunderbolt 4 (USB-C) ports won't result in faster charging.
