Shortcut error

I have made a shortcut that turns on specific lights and radio station, it does all those things, but still keeps telling me there was an error, the issue seems to stem from the shortcut playing the radio station, but the station is played I just simultaneously get the”sorry, something went wrong” message. In the shortcuts app I get an error message, but I can’t find any relevant info about it on the internet. Does anyone know what’s happening?
