how I do go back from iOS 15 to 14? My iPhone XR isn’t getting calls or making calls. AT&T said it has something to do with a bug in iOS 15. Thanks!
You don't. Downgrading iOS is not supported. Millions upon millions upon millions are on iOS 15 and there is no bug which is causing users to not get phones. I'm on iOS 15 and on AT&T and have absolutely no issues making or receiving phone calls.
So, you can't downgrade and AT&T gave you a line of rubbish. Now to figure out why you're not getting calls.
Start here --> If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support
Apply does not support downgrading from a higher iOS version to lower.
If you would like to share your concerns over iOS 15, then please do so here. We can then try and address those concerns.

My main concern is Safari… I don’t like how the URL bar is on the bottom and just overall how not user friendly it is.. The only good thing about it is I use my phone less bc I don’t even bother trying to search the web lol
