Hello, could you please advise how to make personal purchases with family access, while paying with your card?

I presume by 'family access' you are referring to the Family Sharing service.
How to share purchases with your family outlines the two choices a Family Sharing organiser has using purchase sharing - or not - and the affect that has on members of the group:
Purchase Sharing On
When Purchase Sharing is turned on, everyone's purchases bill to the family organizer's payment method....
Purchase Sharing Off
If you're the family organizer and you don't want to share a payment method with your family, turn off purchase sharing. When purchase sharing is turned off, you can continue to share subscriptions like Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade. When Purchase Sharing is turned off, everyone must use their own payment method.
If you are a member of a Family Sharing group and wish to pay for your own purchases the organiser must first turn off purchase sharing; this will be for all members the group. If you are the organiser, the payment for the purchase will be made by your payment method in both scenarios above.
