On my newly purchased Apple TV I can’t get the subtitles on my one year old Samsung tv when I stream from my iPhone over Apple TV? I have the subtitles on my iPhone but it will not move over to the tv. It’s only a problem with Viaplay. If I try on my old Apple TV and old Samsung tv the subtitles are there.
yes I have tried to changes on Viaplay app, but it says okej

Depending on country*, you should be able to install Viaplay app on Apple TV – no need for AirPlay.
AirPlay may take audio track and subtitle track settings from the receiving device, not from the sending device. Adjust the defaults accordingly.
*Viaplay itself is available in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Poland, but not all these countries support Apple TV apps (Iceland) at this time.
