sound glitch while scrolling, browsing

Using a brand new Macbook Pro and listening to Youtube Music in background. I find that as I'm browsing or scrolling through pages on Chrome browser, the sound glitches occasionally, especially if loading something with a lot of graphics. This behaviour is not what I would have expected from a powerful new M1 Mac. Is anyone else experiencing this, or know of a fix please?
