Intermittent internet access

Since getting iPhone 13, I have gotten spotty internet access. I had heard I needed to use an iCloud email for my Apple ID.

It sounds like all is working with your new iPhone except you are seeing intermittent internet access. We’ll be happy to help out with this today.


To begin, you don’t need to have an iCloud email account, unless you are wanting one.


Have you seen and tried the suggestions/recommended steps found in these two articles? 


Reach back out if you still need help with the internet connection.
