Apple ID on Mac has two Media & Purchases accounts

Checking my apple ID after recent update I have two accounts listed under Media & Purchases

I can view account 2, which is not my main account for my phone & laptop. But I can't view account 1. On my phone I only have one account for Media & Purchases - it is account 1.

When I click manage it goes to the wrong Apple ID which is associated with a different machine. It will not let me log into the the correct account for the macbook.

The ID that is NOT associated with the macbook.

It is related to Manage Devices?

Yes, we have Family Account which is why it seems odd that there are two accounts.
