Hi, I deleted a file from trash and need it back

A Time Machine Backup  is very useful  is one uses Time Machine Backup

If iCloud is enabled and used log into www.icloud.com and check if the document appears as Recently Deleted.

It maybe recoverable from there.

Then the file is gone.

Lessen learned - alway have a recovery plan incase.
