Sir, What have I do if I got to inputs, the mic and the instrument. The system choose only one and record only one track

When connected to Garage Band for Mac, will Garage Band allow two new audio tracks to be created with each recording a single input from Focusrite 2i2 at the simultaneously? Example: Voice is into input 1, guitar is in input 2. Can those separate inputs also be separated to two tracks on GarageBands while playing through them at the same time? I know both inputs can be recorded to one track, but what about isolating what is going into the inputs onto two audio recording tracks to two recording tracks? Possible? If so, what buttons to push to get there?

Is it possible to record multiple tracks simultaneously in GarageBand 10.4.2? I am trying to record two or three tracks simultaneously for my own podcast. My intention is to record two mics and a loopback track for sounds played from inside the computer itself. How can I setup and record these 3 tracks at the same time? Thanks in advance!

Garage Band I like the Guitar feature on iPad and would like to use it to record a few tracks on another recording that I am busy on on my iMac. Can this be done ?

Make sure each track' source is set to the desired input.

Click the record enable on each track

Record.

There doesn't/isn't an option for individual record on the tracks - just like a mute button and a headphones icon
