What is this device?

What device are you trying to connect these to? Try troubleshooting the Bluetooth of the device, rather than that of the AirPods.


Troubleshooting AirPods Connectivity:

You could get new ones. But, try troubleshooting it first, to see if you can save a few.


A Few Thoughts to Try:

A. Visit Apple Support links:




B. Verify the Balance:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Accessibility
  4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
  5. Adjust: the audio volume balance


C. Also, Clear Out Earwax:
