Voicemail problem

I recently updated my iPhone SE to 15.3.1. I did the update using my computer and iTunes. Now when someone calls me it goes to a message that says I am not available. When I tried to change my voicemail message it says: com.apple.mobile-phone error 1035. It reverts back to default.

Voice Mail (Visual or Normal) all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
