my Apple i phone is frozen when i swich on and cannot switch off as recommended

My phone on switching on is showing all apps but cannot open up any or switch phone off

iPhone XR, iOS 15

Try to make a forced Reboot:


1. Quickly Press Volume Up

2. Quickly Press Volume Down

3. Hold the Side Button and release when you see the Apple Logo.
