Not unless you bought your iPhone 13 pro from an authorized dealer in mainland China, Macau or Hong Kong. The models sold there are the only iPhones that support two physical nano SIMs.


Even with one of those models, you can only use one line at a time. They do not both function simultaneously.


Using Dual SIM with two nano-SIM cards - Apple Support


To use two SIMs simultaneously you’d need a smart phone that supports dual active SIMs (e.g. Samsung Galaxy A50).
