You are very welcome, and you can use the Apple Gift Card first to apply to the purchase and the Apple Card for the remaining balance. Look at Payment, Financing, Refunds and VAT - Shopping Help, and in the Payment section you will see "Using more than one payment method". It will let you know the variety of combinations you can use.
