can't delete standard user

Hi,

I can't seem to delete a standard user (not an admin), the name is greyed out.

I'm wondering if it might have something to do with a program called:

This program has been running nonstop and shows up as being always active on screen time. I may have used it to pick out a memoji for the new account (the one that I'm now trying to delete).

Not sure if anyone has encountered this type of issue in the past.

Thanks!

You have to be Admin to delete a user.

You have to be logged out of that user to delete.
