How do i reset my security questions

I've attempted to log in and it has asked me my security questions. It has been longer than 5 years since I logged in and can't remember. I attempt to reset the security questions but all it says is "Not enough information to reset the questions" and doesn't provide me with a solution to try and fix this. How do I get this done?
