My phone is broke and I need it backed up

If it will not power on and provide a stable touch interface, there is no way to back it up now. This is exactly why backups need to be made and kept up to date before something happens. Now that it is broken, it’s too late to backup data from it.

If you cannot use it normally by entering commands via the touch screen, then you cannot back it up. There is no solution to backing up a damaged phone that no longer works normally.
