Why am I getting charged $9.99 every month when I have no subscriptions?
I go under my subscriptions on my phone and I don’t have any active subscriptions yet $9.99 comes out every single month, why?

Where the bill came from? If you receive the bill under your Apple ID, the charge should be under your Apple account. If not, or if it only appears on your billing statement as "apple.com/bill" its possible that there is a different apple id used.
