ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

I keep getting this error message anytime I try to access the internet. It works fine on my iPad but not my iPhone. I tried removing virus software and stopped Safari and installed Chrome. Nothing! Also unplugged and reconnected router. HELP!! Please

SSL error with car play I am having CarPlay issues. I get an error message on my car: "An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to server cannot be made." My phone will get the same error message. My phone is an 11 Pro Max and it's updated to 14.7.1 Is it the software? The phone? The car? Same thing happens with my husband’s phone while in the car - it’s an iPhone 8. I have OnStar and it’s WiFi. Help!

Are you using a VPN? Do you get it whether you use cell data or your WiFi connection?
