How do I repair my iPhone 12 pro max with an activation lock?

My uncle had gifted me his old iPhone 12 pro max on my birthday I've used it for a year untill today when I turned it on its showing an activation lock try to connect previous owner but unfortunately my uncle is late now, so what do I do now ?

You'll need the original owner to unlock the device.
