iPad sidecar scaling not optimised with third airplay monitor after upgrading to Monterey

Hi all.

I'm using sidecar with my iPad pro 2021 12.9" and MacBook 16" 2019, in that configuration everything is ok, sidecar is scaled properly and usable, but problem appears when I'm trying to use my TV as third airplay monitor. In that second case sidecar resolution is going too high and it is not usable for anything. Before update to Monterey I used this configuration without any problem and everything worked good, including scaling on all displays. Now I cannot find any settings which could allow me to adjust scaling for sidecar screen, is there any possibility to do that in new MacOS? Or it is a bug? Can it be fixed? Please do not paste instruction like this Use an iPad as a second display for a Mac - Apple Support because there is no any info about changing resolution/scaling settings for sidecar. Please help, it was perfect solution for me and my work, and one of most important reason why I decided to buy iPad, now I'm restricted to use only two displays. Below screenshot from monitor settings and illustrated problem with left sidecar screen
