Hi all,
I recently used a safe exam browser for my faculty test and now I can't quit it. When I quit the browser, it goes to the endless loop of loading. I power shut down my mac but now, the safe exam browser starts up when mac starts and when I try to quit, it goes into loading loop again.
SYSTEM SPECS:
MACBOOK M1 AIR
SSD: 256GB
RAM:8GB
SAFE EXAM BROWSER 3.0
You ought to be able to uninstall the app in "Safe Mode": How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support.
Restart your Mac in that mode. The app (or browser, whatever it's called) will not launch, allowing you to delete it.
Then, restart your Mac normally (not "Safe Mode").

At least one of the responders thinks it installed malware.
I suggest you contact the developer or whoever you got the app from for assistance.
